If I was asked to choose my dream shade liners, I wouldn’t look further than GOSH Smokey Liners. I absolutely love this collection of dusty shades of taupe, blue and purple.
The colours are all slightly muted mattes with no shimmer so it takes the edge of any hard or very defined look, meaning you can blend or not blend, just as you like and the lines will still look soft. And they’re waterproof. And you can use them on the water-line. And they’re £5.99 each. Doesn’t get better than this, really.

Sounds great. I love GOSH eyeliners and have several. They are soft and dont drag the skin. I’ll have to check these out in store 🙂 x
