At last! I’ve managed to get hold of the little Givenchy Prismes cube, full of mini-size shadows and blush. It’s the absolute cutest thing ever and is heading for my collectable box.

In the lid of the box is a little Prisme quad in pink/neutral shades with the darker colour a golden burgundy (great on brown eyes). The second drawer contains face powder in four neutral shades (one of which is a light tan colour).

The blush is all things pink and perky – a swirl with a fluffy brush brings out a perfect pop of pink for cheeks.

The last and final drawer contains the brushes – a little blush brush and a sponge applicator. Presumably, the blush brush can double for both powder and blush.

I just love this – it’s right up my street, beautywise. Technically, the Givenchy Mini Prismes isn’t perfect – the drawers are a little bit stiff to open, but nonetheless, it’s like having a new toy. Givenchy Mini Prismes isn’t even new – it’s been around for about 3 years and is still readily available at World Duty Free, but a little bird tells me that there will be an edition of this (same colours etc) for Debenhams stores in November on a promotion and will be under £30! However, some things just can’t wait so if you’ve yet to head off on holiday, you can still find it at the airports at airport prices.

I’ll give the heads up when I spot it on line.
