Dusky green hues for Armani autumn – everyone is going green this time around! I know that an emerald green was voted Pantone Colour of The Year for this year but I’m surprised at how many permutations of green are coming along. It can’t really be anything to do with Pantone because for bigger brands, colour charts are planned almost years ahead.
You can see that the green in the top picture is tinged with shimmering gold although the gold is an over-spray and doesn’t run through the entire colour; afterwards the gold ends up as a pine green. Actually, this palette is one of two for autumn (the other is a pink/purple colour-way) that both have the beautiful rose gold blush/highlighter as a top layer. The palest shade comes out as a steely silver, while the woody tone is brown flecked with gold.
The Palette I think is expensive for four shades at £60 – this one isn’t on line yet but the pink one is HERE.
