Garancia Paris

Garancia Paris is a very quirky French brand – lots of playful names and allusions to the mythical and magical. But behind the twinkling stars and flying owls (yes, really) there’s a lovely skin-care range.

First up is Diabolique Tomate – my French isn’t great but I really, really hope it means diabolical tomatoes. That would be excellent. It comes out of the tube a kind of red/orange shade but acts like a serum and is billed as a ‘water cream’ which is a term I haven’t come across before. It’s indicated for anti-ageing and radiance.

If you’re curious and want to try anything from the range, I suggest The Sorcerer’s Masked Ball Purifying Mask; a gel-cream texture that turns from brown to white on the skin and fizzes. Garancia Paris also has a cleanser called In 2 Shakes of a Wand – and Phantom’s Tears deals with the under eye area. As you can see from the picture above, I have a few bits and pieces to try (including Anti-Peau de Croco – anti-crocodile skin because nobody wants that!) but if your interest is piqued already you can see the full range HERE at Farmaline which makes shipping easier and has UK prices.
