[unpaid/affiliate/ad] You know who is absolutely nailing it on the jumpsuit front? Whistles. The jumpsuit in the main picture, The Painted Leopard (above, £139 HERE), is the one that keeps drawing me to it because I see it in the shop window at my local store so often. I haven’t yet had time to nip in and try it on but I definitely have a summer jumpsuit itch that needs to be scratched very soon! I’m 5ft 3ins so when you’re short, all the utility type jumpsuits make you look like Super Mario or as though you’re on your way to fix a drain so I need something a bit floaty and feminine that I can just chuck in my suitcase when we go away.

This is another one that I think is all kinds of useful (I know I will have to take up whatever I get – Max is home for Easter so if I get my act together he can do it on his sewing machine) – I love the colour and the simplicity of the design. It’s in their mid-season sale (yay) and is available in all sizes (4 to 20) except 10. It’s also available in black which is very, very tempting (as my default colour) and comes in a linen material. You can find the Danny Jumpsuit for £109 (instead of £149) HERE. It comes in petite as well.

This looks like the easiest wear of all time – especially if you prefer your arms covered. I love that it has a collar and that it’s in a lightweight viscose (from renewable wood sources). Personally, I might snip the gathered sleeve and wear them rolled up to the ankle. It’s so versatile – add a jacket, a sweatshirt, boots or trainers. The Leah Scattered Y Jumpsuit comes in sizes 4 to 20 and was £149 but is now £75 HERE.

Three quarter sleeves! The dream! In a beautifully fluid fabric as well that will move as you do for an unrestricted feeling. Again, all sizes are available in the Vertical Stack Jumpsuit and it comes in petite too. It was £139 but is now £109 HERE. Just add all the bracelets you want and a beach bag and you are ready for anything.

By way of price contrast, I found this beauty at H&M for £39.99 HERE. I love anything strappy so this ticks the holiday box for me – but not just to wear with a big brim hat and Fitflops. You can team this with anything at all but I’m thinking long multi-chains and falling off the shoulder long linen cardi. It’s available in sizes 6 to 20 (although running short on 20s). It’s polyester which means it’s virtually indestructible :-).

Finally, this soft utility from New Look. It’s made in cotton that’s fluid enough for it not to look stiff and bulky and has spared a lot of the utility features such as leg pockets (for spanners). Better still, it comes in four colours – black, rust, navy and khaki. And a bit of a snip at £25 HERE (reduced from £34).
