I’ve gone well out of my colour comfort zone to give a couple of the Freedom Pro Lipstick Vamp Collection Kit shades a try. It’s almost beyond belief that this set is £5 because they’re performing as well as any pricy lipstick.
I think you’d expect, at the price, for these not work as well as other lipsticks.. but they do. One of the things I really like about them is that they’re not heavily fragranced so there is none of that ‘yesterday’s cake’ aftertaste. If you’re cutting costs on lipstick production, then fragrance is good thing to be rid of!
The one thing I’d say is that they’re not super-super colour saturated which suits me down to the ground. These are scary shades for me and the fact that I can easily alter the intensity is a big bonus. Mega pigment is all very well but it doesn’t really allow for any flexibility. I can’t carry off the purple laden lippies – I’m instantly drained and look like I need hospitalisation, but I love the red and pink shades. I wore the red (Pure Vamp) for a couple of hours before I could see any fade.
Shades included in the set are Pure Vamp, Vamp Noir, Dusk Till Dawn, Dark Paradise and Intense Noir – they’re not available separately. You can find the Freedom Pro Lipstick Camp Collection Kit HERE.

This is an interesting review. So would you say that ultimately recommend them or they are not pigmented enough?
Feel free to check out my blog also x

I think they’re plenty pigmented but not super saturated like, say, MAC.
Lol! Yesterday’s cake smell/taste makes for an unappealing lipstick to be sure
Such a good deal! I love how they are bright and intense yet still muted colours.
Haha, yesterdays cake taste!!
