Okay, so this made me stop in my tracks by totally erasing under-eye lines and in fact, making the whole eye area look like I’d had surgery. It is absolutely incredible. However, don’t get too excited because I need to caveat that with a couple of notes. I followed the instructions to the letter, got an amazing result on cleansed skin, but when I tried to add foundation, the creases came straight back. I did dab it on lightly and carefully (it was a liquid foundation) but it still intensified the creases. The fluid also gave a slight sting – my skin didn’t redden or react, but it was there and I think could be described as a noticable tightening feeling. I also noticed that it dried to a white residue in some places (where I possibly used too much), so you need to apply very carefully (I’m guessing it is made to mimic the old Hollywood ‘egg white’ treatment and that wouldn’t be a bad comparison in terms of texture).

Ultimately, if you want to take the best photo of your life, this is your aid! But, I’m not sure how you get round the no-make up over the top issue unless it performs better with powder foundation or even just powder. Eyesential is £39.95 HERE.
