Youth Dew is the iconic scent of Estee Lauder – created by Estee herself – and every now and again enjoys a spectacular revival. I think the last time was when Madonna declared herself a fan of the bath oil. However, it’s still an extremely popular fragrance and continual best-seller for the Estee Lauder brand.

The actual birthday of Youth Dew is March 4th; and from that day you’ll be able to buy the limited edition bottle with a crystalised bow.

Wasn’t this the actress Joan Crawford’s favourite perfume? I seem to recall reading that. In fact, I think she was a “face” for it back in the 50s.
