If I was pressed to suggest a fool-proof eye-shadow, this would be it. They’re totally wearable, easy to apply, stay the course and deliver on pigment. What’s not to love? Estee Lauder says they stay for up to 15 hours…I’d say that’s a little bit over the mark, BUT, they’ll do eight hours plus no problem without fading or smudging. They introduced some new shades in May, and I’m thrilled with them. Midnight Kohl, Golden Sands, Pink Pearl, Mochachino and Smokey Plum, and four limited edition shades of Smokey Twilight, Gold Dust, Buttercream and Cafe Au Lait. They’re £15.50 each.

I think I’ve tried most Double Wear products now but not these which I must remedy soon. Love all the colours you’ve swatched but the black and Buttercreme are especially gorgeous!
Pretty shades. I’ve been eyeing these for a while – how do they compare with the Bobbi Brown Long-Wear cream shadows?
Buttercreme and Pink Pearl would be my go-to shades I think…or maybe I just like the names…
Jamilla, I also love the BB Long wear but find the EL a little bit creamier on application. Elle – Pink Pearl is a dream! Charlie.. the black is my first choice 100%.
