Emma Bridgewater Joy Collection

Ive got a sneaky peek of the Emma Bridgewater Joy Collection for M&S with this gorgeous reed diffuser set in a milk bottle. I love that it’s set in a milk bottle (I’ve got the actual milk bottle vase, too) style to make it a little bit quirky.

I have a feeling this is a pre-Christmas purchase when we are all feeling warm and cosy about having family time and when we haven’t quite remembered all the quarrelling that went on last Boxing Day – 24 whole hours of goodwill is a big ask! The scent is clove and cardamom spiced red rose – it’s actually a very fresh and clean smell with a bit of warmth, despite how it sounds and perfect for those who don’t want cookie smelling candles.

Scents always resonate at Christmas (we’re Jo Malone Pine and Eucalyptus fans, which I started off by mocking for smelling like loo cleaner, but over the years my nose has been won over into thinking it really does smell of Christmas) and if you’ve yet to find your traditional Christmas house scent, the Emma Bridgewater Joy Collection is definitely worth a try.

It’s not out yet – mid November is the scheduled date, but I think these will sell like hot cakes for being pretty and giftable.
