[unpaid/sample] It’s been a week of extremes, beauty wise – from CHANEL to Percy Pig – but I’m not complaining. I’m happiest when there’s a real variety of products to tell you about. Make up always takes the top slot because it’s my passion still and while my tastes have changed, my love of a lip gloss has not. If you’ve been with me for a while, you’ll know that flavoured balms are not my favourite things – there are some truly revolting ‘flavours’ that linger in the mouth like an olfactory toothache – bleugh.

Dr Pawpaw x Percy Pig Review

So, whether you like this collaboration will be entirely down to whether you are an ardent Percy Pig fan or not. I mean, I’m not so *insert shuddering face here*, but in terms of accuracy of flavour, it is 100% Percy Pig. It’s the same smell to the very last note. The weird thing is, I can’t really tell whether it’s flavoured AND scented because my taste and smell senses are well and truly mashed by this concoction!

Dr Pawpaw x Percy Pig Review

It’s a lip oil, so it’s very slippy on the lips which isn’t unpleasant – you get a big dose of shine but very little in the way of tint. You’ll never go too far wrong with Dr Pawpaw lip products because they’re nourishing and smoothing but only you will know whether the Percy element is heaven on the lips or a hell never to be endured. It’s £10.
