The Dolce & Gabbana Summer Glow 2014 collection is lovely! I don’t know why I’m surprised, but I love the mix of burnished, beachy tones of Tangiers (bottom palette) and also the cooler, deeper, more unexpected for summer colours of Ibiza (top). I don’t have swatches yet, but must admit that I’m really looking forward to playing with these.
Tropical and sandy colours for nails with this line up of new shades. Daphne (a dusky pink shade), Gaia (green) and Maia (bronze).
The Passion Duo Glosses look stellar – I love that the central core is a different shade and can’t wait to see how they swatch up as one. From the top going clockwise: Orchid, Jasmine, Lily and Lotus.
The Dolce & Gabbana Summer Glow 2014 launches (presumably into Harrods) on 12th of May but I’ll have swatches before then to help you decide. There are a couple of other newbies too – brow liners and two bronzers that I’ll blog separately. I think Pat McGrath has been quite daring with this range – it’s not exactly safe and challenges ‘traditional’ summery shades – no hot fuchsia or coral for example.
