Well, D&G Make Up have stepped it up this summer – and they needed to. With only two other ‘stand out’ palettes in the bag so far (Sicilian Lace and Lip Jewel), creatively it was starting to lag behind. But, my goodness, the Animalier Bronzer is truly a thing of loveliness! And for those pointing out that it looks really very similar to the Dior Mitzah Palette, the main difference is that Animalier is a bronzer and Mitzah is for the eyes, with Animalier being shimmery with a much more bronzy background. Inspiration-wise, this could not be more full-on Dolce & Gabanna; glitzy, showy and glamorous.

The rest of the Animalier collection looks a little ‘meh’ in comparison because it seems to be a bundle of previously released colours put together in an edit to compliment the Animalier bronzer. Really? No new eye-shadow even? Come on, guys.
