Dior Cream Blush
At last! I’ve really been looking forward to trying these out.
Diorblush Cheek CreamThese are part of the Dior Summer Mix range and tie in beautifully with the polishes I have previously blogged about. Here’s a reminder.
They’re joyfully vibrant in colour – the pigment is really good and actually they don’t ‘dry down’ dewy, they are almost matte.

As you can see, they look really vibrant on the skin – I’ve done a generous swipe of each but it’s very easy to go lighter (or brighter!). The texture is almost like a waxy mousse if you can imagine such a thing… so they don’t ‘glide’ on the skin but yet feel very light and airy. It’s strange. The shades, left to right, are: Panama, Bikini, Capri and Pareo.
I love all the new cream blushes coming – they’ve been neglected for years and now the whole category is being reinvented…which is very lucky for us cream blush lovers! These will launch in June but I don’t have a UK price yet.

I use cream blusher much more now, I think it works much better when I am making up an older lady. Powder blusher can make the skin look dryer. These Dior one look great, really pretty colours.
