Lots of beautiful things going on for Dior at the moment, starting with the Natalie Portman Miss Dior Cherie fragrance campaign shot by Sophia Copolla at the end of the month, and then the relaunch of Dior Addict lipsticks. A total of 44 shades, split into three iconic looks go into Selfridges on 24th March and nationwide in April fronted by a campaign featuring Kate Moss. It’s the first time Dior have done a big TV campaign for lipsticks and I hear it is filmed documentary style, following Kate to events. The lipsticks are sectioned into Glam Icon, Rock Icon and Doll Icon, each with a different colour shade identity.
I love the sound of Rock Coat – a black nail lacquer topcoat that you can wear over any shade polish to give it a wicked, vampy edge and yet still allow some of the under colour to show through; I think this will be big news and a total sell out.
There is also a nail collection launching at the same time as Dior Addict lipsticks, pictured here:

The Rock Coat sounds awfully tempting! Can’t wait to see the reviews on that once it’s released.
Ooohh aaaahhh more new product that look like a must have :o) xx
Not comparing brands, but is that Rock Coat similar to Barry M’s Nail Effect? Just wondering. The lipsticks I want to try. I have a Dior lip quad that I love.
I love Dior nail polish so this all looks very tempting!
Loving Natalie Portman after Black Swan, so very eager to see the campaign.
As for the lipstick shades…so utterly wearable – the Icon catagories sound really interesting. Definitely will be popping to the Dior counter and doing some swatches.

I need all of those nail polishes immediately!!
@Ali
It’s not a crackle polish, it’s a translucent black that basically gives your nail colour some darkness.
