[unpaid/sample] Dior’s Golden Nights is far and away my favourite of the luxury collections mainly because the palette contains the most perfect shades, although there is an alternative option if browns and golds aren’t for you.

Dior Golden Nights Holiday 2020

It’s just got all the right elements – a beautiful pattern, wearable shades uplit with shimmer and a special occasion feel. This 5 Couleurs Couture Palette is called Golden Snow and the alternative option is called Black Night in grey, black and burgundy so you can really get your smoulder on. I’ve seen Dior Make Up Artist, Jamie Coombes (@jamiecoombesmua) HERE do the most beautiful eye with Golden Snow that I think I can do myself which means that anyone else can too!

Dior Golden Nights Holiday 2020

It’s a limited edition and is £50 HERE.

My next top pick is this – a Rouge Dior Couture shade that you can have engraved. This is 999 but there are several colours and two finishes of satin or matte. Engraving is free and the lipstick is £33.

Dior Golden Nights Holiday 2020

There are four Diorific Golden Nights Lipsticks embellished with snowflakes on the bullet – £34 each. These are interesting because while sparkle over-sprays have been a thing for a while, this is definitely a more refined version that means while the undertones are golden, the sparkle is less of a feature – it’s more decoration than feature.

The shades I have are Dazzling Beige, Glittery Rose and Shimmery Red. The one I don’t have is a plum colour called Dark Sparkle. They’re £34 HERE.

Here they are in the swatch – it’s a matte finish.

And this is Golden Snow swatched. The palettes are HERE. So, I think it’s a beautiful collection with exactly the right tone.
