I have a great edit of the Dior Fall Beauty 2015 collection to show you (but no prices or launch date quite yet). While I was painting up the nail wheels I was thinking I could bypass summer and go straight to this! So, there’s a strong metallic element to this collection, but I’ll kick off with the nail shades starting bottom to top on the wheel. First it’s Cosmopolite, then Metropolis (totally keying into my love of kahki nails) and Miroir. There are two other shades, Darling Blue and Black Out.

I think the most exciting aspect of the Dior Fall Beauty 2015 collection is the 8 strong selection of Dior Addict Fluid Shadow. The two I have here are golden shade Univers and silver shade Magnetic.

As you can see, they’re highly metallic without being overly shimmery. Texturally the Dior Addict Fluid Shadows are quite wet – they feel cool and light on the lids – so you need to apply lightly to start with because it’s easy to apply too much too soon. I can’t wait to get the gold shade on my lids! The rest of the collection of Fluid Shadows includes pinks, taupes and dark wine shades.

There are two 5 Couleurs Palettes – this one is Cosmopolite and blends gold and blue with maron shades so it’s vibrant and muted at the same time. I love the Dior lettering that goes all the way through it. I’m not usually crazy for these palettes but this one I know I will wear and wear.

Coming up next is the intriguing Fix It!

Described as a primer and concealer for lips, eyes and face, this is shaping up to be one handy little stick. I’m assuming that the core is the prime element and the surround is the conceal, but I’ll definitely come back to this product as soon as I’ve tested it. I like Dior concealers in general – they seem to be less drying than many.
Diorblush Cheek StickOf all the products, the new Diorblush Cheek Stick is my favourite. I have shade Cosmopolite Coral but there are two other shades, Cosmopolite Rosewood (a dusky pink shade) and Cosmopolite Pink, which is much more of a pop for the cheeks.

The pigment is very strong so a little will go a long way – and formula wise, it’s creamy but not so loose that you’ll lose it in the first few hours. I imagine that’s rather a delicate balance back at the lab.

For lips, there are four new Fluid Sticks – the one I have here is a gorgeous, lightful pink in Versatile. I imagine that the Fall collection will launch in August and this is the one to have to really enhance a summer skin look.

There are five Rouge Dior shades to complete the look – this one’s not very exciting (it’s Nouvelle Femme), but completely wearable. There is also a nude and a purple/mauve shade.

Basically, the Fluid Stick in Versatile has gone straight in my handbag!
I think the Fluid Shadows will be the big sellers here – and the Fix It Sticks. Either way, there are some interesting and exciting new products from Dior in here. I’ll update when I have a launch date.
