This is the limited edition palette from Dior to celebrate the opening of their beauty store in Covent Garden and it’s simply called The Covent Garden Palette (£52). I’ll cover more on the store in a later post, but it is beautiful – and so friendly! The store will also offer products that haven’t previously been available in the UK as well as sneak peeks of seasonal collections, so it’s looking like an indispensable beauty destination.
Interesting, too that it’s right next door to the Chanel beauty store, with a Burberry beauty store opening to the other side of Chanel.

Oh, another collector’s item! Looks lovely! Btw, Jane- please check new items on Selfridges.com- they just got exclusive Dior collection I have never seen online before, including gorgeous Intemporelle blush palette.
ooh, okay I’ll have a look.. thank you!
Interesting! The colors are different but the overall design/pattern is the same as the Claridges palette that was released at Harrod’s back in the spring. And the Intemporelle palette at Selfridges.com is the same as the My Lady palette, also from Harrod’s. Normally I don’t like it when a company recycles a design, but I missed the Claridges one so maybe I can get my hands on the Covent Garden one (despite being in the U.S.!) Thanks for posting about this!
Should eyeshadow and lipgloss really be in the same compact like that? I would imagine powder will be in the gloss in no time.
But I do love the houndstooth!
