Unusually for me, because I’m such a colour addict, it’s the face products that have me excited this time around with Dior Summer.

First up, this blush/bronze combo for perfect cheeks. It has a little shimmer to it but nothing to over-glitter the face. This shade is in Coral Glow; there is one other, Pink Glow and as the name suggests, it has more of a pink than coral accent.

It comes with a little brush for on-the-go touch-ups. The palette itself is really weighty and has the cannage design across the lid.. it’s definitely for show-offs! It’s £40.

Next up is the Summer Collector Brush.. I think this is pricy at £43 because there are a few stragglers as you can see.. at this price I think I would expect it to look freshly ironed no matter what, with no fly-aways.

To be honest, from the whole collection, THIS is it for me! It really gives the most lovely, warm and sun-kissed shade to the skin. It’s ideal for warm tones like me and because I have had a little bit of sun it’s perfect for me. The one thing I would say is that it runs to slightly dry on the skin – unless you have oily skin, you’d need to put moisturiser underneath, but then it is for summer when you may well be using SPF moisturiser any way. So, it gives the ‘bonne mine’ look that the French do so well with a warm coverage that definitely evens out the tone.

The inside arm, where I have swatched, is one of the whitest bits of my body but it’s a good contrast so you can see how the colour is. I love this. It’s £30.
