Although this isn’t a new Dior product, it is new to me. I was given a tube in February and have been completely addicted ever since. Oddly, it was first publicised as a ‘spin-on’ lacquer because the doe’s foot goes round like a mini roller when you apply – something I must admit I have never been aware that it is doing. The penny has finally dropped and the wand definitely does spin! So, what does it do? Well, it contains hyaluronic spheres, amino acids, oils and reflective powders ensuring the formula gives really smooth looking lips with that kind of pastel model-pout thing that never really seems achievable in real life and it gives it over and above what a regular gloss does. The little roller thingy is supposed to give your lips a massage – I’m not sure it takes long enough to apply the gloss for this to have any effect. It’s a light gloss so needs regular reappplication, but it’s a pleasure to apply so I really don’t have a problem with that. Shades are in the peach/pink spectrum (there are three) and a very, very mild pigment – what there is gives lips a neutral-milky effect washed with a tiny bit of colour but a lot of shine.

It’s £21 which is a pretty high price, but it also sells out on a regular basis so it isn’t just me that’s loving it.
