If you love a glitter polish then Deborah Lippmann 99 Luftballons is going to be right up your street! It’s got so many colours in it with different sized glitter shards all set in a pink juice rather than clear which is what I think really boosts it up. I had no idea that the Deborah Lippmann shades are bolstered with green tea and biotin – I’m not sure how much of a difference that really makes, though. You’re also supposed to roll the bottle in your hands before use! Who knew? I guess it’s to distribute the glitter evenly.

In the swatch, I’ve taken it to three coats – it dries very quickly so I think you could add another still if you have a quick dry topcoat to hand. Anyway, 99 Luftballons is on a Harrods exclusive, HERE, for £18.

That’s so pretty, love the different sized glitter. It would probably look good as just one coat over a red base too.
Nice close up photo of it! 🙂

Great color combinations, although the price is at the very highest end of the scale of what I would pay for a glitter polish. :o) Xx

I think I’d actually die for this polish. Okay, that’s a little extreme but it is beautiful!

I’ve had my eye on this brand for years, but have yet to try anything. The first one I spotted for a multi coloured glitter called Happy Birthday. Love the packaging and the colour range but just cannot justify nearly £20 for just one nail polish.
Always hated the song, but this nail polish is actually amazing. I agree with you, that the pink polish the glitter is suspended in just makes a world of a difference.
This is a Sephora exclusive here in the US. I’ve worn it on my toes, I love the sparkle and color!
Stunning polish! Id love this for summer!

This shade looks beautiful! I just don’t know how much I would wear it and don’t know if I want to spend $18 on it, but I may have to.
I like the pink base, but I think the best thing about that polish is the name. I don’t really like the random multi-coloured glitter as I’m more about tone on tone i.e. a range of blues and greens together or whatever.
I got some cute glittery Essie minis for about 1.50 each on special in a shop on holiday. They’re single colour and I’ll be layering them over toning colours i.e. mauve over purple.
I suppose I’m giving away my age by saying this, but I remember the band and the MTV video. Oh dear………..
