Crownbrush Chubby Eye Pencils

Crownbrush Chubby Eye

It’s all very well to join the chubby bandwagon, but I think you do at least need to be a little bit on the large side to stake that claim! These eye pencils from Crownbrush – gorgeous as they are – are actually quite slender; more middle-weight than chubby. Actually, this has led to the realisation that there is no word for a weight or size that is descriptive of weight or size that falls inbetween skinny and fat. How did that happen?

However, these swimming pool shades, regardless of size are perfect for keying into the coming spring trend for blue eyes. Personally, the only thing I can do with a blue make up trend is wear it on nails or as a navy eyeliner, but a gorgeous shimmering wash of turqouise, sky and gold can be the most beautiful thing for eyes. I love these Crownbrush Chubby Eyeliners – they’re glidy, colour saturated and blendable. I find I always need a primer for any colour these days, so they’re not tested without primer. With primer, they’ve got excellent last.

They’re absolutely a snip at £3.99 each – and available in a rainbow of shades. They’ve got a twist to sharpen element and launch onto crownbrush.co.uk on 12th March.

The look of them reminds me a lot of the NYX eyeliners.
