Clinique Superprimer Face Primers

Well, hello there Clinique Superprimers! As someone who has only recently discovered the wonder of MAC Prep & Prime, I’m all over these primers that go on counter in September.

As you can probably tell from the picture they’ve all got a different USP and although I only have three right now, there are six in the forthcoming line-up.

So, I’ve had a little play with them – they’re oil-free and have that feather-light silicone feel to them that makes your skin feel all silky – and although I don’t think any of these three are quite addressing my skin specifically, they’re pretty impressive because of their colour correcting qualities as well as their smoothing ability. The line-up targets Redness (yellow), Sallowness (the lavender one above), Dullness (the pink one above), Dullness for Deeper Skins (pearlized bronze), Discolourations (peach) and Universal (white, as above). They’ll cost £20.

I suffer from redness and some discolouring; but my Clinique CC cream sorts these out so I think i’ll just be sticking with that!

Ooooooo, maybe I should try the Clinique CC cream. I get very red cheeks.

Super excited for these to come out. Are they similar in feel to the City Block?

    Oooo super intrigued about these!

I’d love to see whether the yellow and lavendar toned ones actually do act as correctors, that would be great. Do you know when the release date is?

What are the ingredients of these? I’m really interested in buying them for an event I have next week but I have sensitive skin and allergies. Even some clinique products make my skin react. Why don’t Clinique put ingredients online? I haven’t got time to check them out in store 🙁

  5. I can’t wait to try them. I don’t think there is a right one for mr though. The pink or the white maybe.
