Every year, Clinique partners up with the Kiss It Better appeal children’s charity to raise funds into reseach and causes of childhood cancer at Great Ormond Street. On February 14th, I’m visiting Great Ormond Street with Clinique, to meet Jojo, the little girl who inspired the appeal. Jojo was diagnosed with neuroblastoma when she was a toddler and her mum, editor, Carmel Allen, founded Kiss It Better. I’ll be able to tell you more when I’ve been to meet them, but a few stats for now on why research is critically important in curing and treating cancer: in 1962 fewer than 1% of children with leukaemia survived longer than four years; in 2011 over 90% of cases involving the most common form of leukaemia are cured long term. And that’s thanks to research and drug development.

So, from today, you’ll be able to buy this gorgeous Clinique set (with a Chubby Stick – my favourite!!) at www.clinique.co.uk
and in House of Fraser stores nationwide. 50% of the RRP from Clinique and House of Fraser goes to Kiss It Better. In addition, Clinique and House of Fraser are jointly donating £2 from every lipstick or gloss sold throughout February.
