Charlotte Tilbury Colour Chameleon Colour Morphing Eyeshadow Pencils

Okay, my last CT post for some considerable time, BUT, the Colour Chameleon Colour Morphing Eyeshadow Pencils are my absolute top recommend from this range. They’re so long lasting, made to suit individual eye colours (and they do), and have a beautiful depth to them. If you experiment with nothing else, don’t miss these beauties.

  1. This is the first time ever I really like your swatches, one can actually see the colours 😉 thank you, the pencils are adorable. I wonder if we will be able to purchase them in Germany.

Selfridges ships to Europe but not sure how much it is.

LOL completely agree with you on the swatches, these must have very good color pay off to show up even here. Again a quick post, not even the names of the shades are written. Could you please write these for reference?

Selfridges ships to Germany for £15 or wait for Net-a-porter but that one is even more expensive. Charlotte Tilbury website will also ship internationally later on but not sure when.

It’s not compulsory to read my blog you know! If you don’t like the swatches, go somewhere else. I’m not a professional photographer, my posts are quick.. how much do you need to know that isn’t actually repeated on the official website? It’s not my job to sell products for brands, more to give a general over-view for readers to reference. They can then head to the official site for more information. Just so you know, I have never, ever left a critical comment about anyone’s pictures… if you need professional standard, don’t come here. For you reference however, the shades are in order as yo u see them: Champagne Diamonds, Golden Quartz and Amethyst Aphrodisiac.

          Totally agree with you Jane

I completely agree with you, Jane. I don’t understand what makes it so difficult to simply be polite. In other news, these pencils are GORGEOUS and I’m afraid I may have to make an international order from Selfridges! How would you say they compare to the Clinique Chubby Stick for Eyes? They look more like the texture of the By Terry or Laura Mercier shadow sticks, but I’m wondering how they feel on the skin and how long you have to blend before they set. Any thoughts you can share would be very helpful! Thank you for your wonderful posts, and hello from the US 🙂

They’re more frosted than Clinique and more dramatic colours as well.. some people have said they don’t stay on the eye very long, but I haven’t found this the case although as a matter of course I use an eye primer. They’re smaller (thinner) than chubbies and you need to be quick on the blending although I don’t tend to blend them much other than in the crease.

Jane thank you so much for your reply! That pretty much settles it… these pencils belong in my makeup bag! I also just want to say that I absolutely love your blog, and I have been a reader for a few years now. I’ve always loved makeup as more than just treats for myself and something fun to shop for- I like to think critically about it, and it’s really wonderful to have someone writing intelligent, thoughtful pieces about beauty and the industry as a whole. So thank you for your insight and your fantastic writing!

Hi, just looked on Selfridges website. The colour choice doesn’t indicate what would be best on blue eyes?

    1. Jane Cunningham

Black Diamonds is indicated for blue eyes.. check out Charlottetilbury.com which makes things a little clearer x
