Otherwise known as very, very posh lip balm. I’ve got a little pot of this lush stuff that launches in April – impressively Chanel-y, its a gorgeous square pot in white with a black lid and looks extremely slick. The formulation is silky and gives a good glossy effect. Hydramax is Chanel’s patented ultra-moisturising formula. This is Chanel’s first pot bound lip balm and contains cottonseed oil (rich in ceramides) to restore essential lipids and leave lips pillow soft. £26.

do you know if it’s got nasty chemical stuff in it or if the “balm” bit is beeswax? The petroleum ones are not good for my lips but this does look nice…apart from price tag, ahem!

I think this is a lip treatment? Chanel has had those in the past. They formerly had one in a tube that had exfoliating and moisturizing properties. This one seems to emphasize the moisturizing and conditioning more, perhaps? Looks lovely.
