Courtesy of brilliant blog www.cafemakeup.com are these brand new pics of Chanel A/W. Of course, it is the nails I love best and this picture gives a proper view of how Peridot (middle) changes colour. I’m not as excited about this range as others in the past – the eye quad is disappointingly brown – but think the nails will be as Chanel nails always are, an absolute sensation.

There will be six shades of Illusion D’Ombre, a whipped eye cream. I instantly want Ebloui – the purple-ish one.
Head on over to www.cafemakeup.com to see the rest of the collection in more detail.

Wow the polishes look really gorgeous xx
I love the polishes but am most intrigued by the whipped eye creams! I wonder how they will feel and last!
OH WOW! This is one sexy collection! The whipped eye creams look lush! Cant wait to get my hands on those.
peridot caught my eye. i can’t wait to see xx
Love that lipcolour, if the photo is doing it justice. Can’t say I’m sold on the eyes or nails.
The whipped eye creams look interesting.. I wonder what the staying power will be like x
Oh dear, I’d better start saving now! The eye and nail products look divine. I love the look of Peridot and the mauve eye cream. Quart nail polish looks a little like Illamasqua’s Bacterium? Can’t wait to see swatches x
The polishes look nice if a little “done before” in terms of Graphite & Quartz. LOVE the look of Peridot though!
But don’t the eyeshadow pots look a little too much like Ombres Perlees de Chanel? I mean, I love that palette, but hence I wouldn’t buy eyeshadows that are so similar…
I am a little confused by the nail colours, I am certain one very similar to graphite was released with their last collection…or even the same colour! It sold out really quickly. Personally I find Chanel polishes to lack durability, they give a beautiful finish but do not stand the tests of a day to day life of a student/part time worker; my favourite shade of Ballerina chips virtually right after using it, and takes absolutely ages to dry.
Yes! Just as I finish writing my comment I see your older post about graphite from august here: http://www.britishbeautyblogger.com/2011/05/closer-look-at-chanel-aw-nails.html
And I have just fainted- link just for showing the picture, no associations with the blog:

Best regards!
I’ve loved every collection that Peter Philips has done for Chanel. He just seems to know what will tempt me. I’d never heard of him before he got the Chanel job.
This stuff looks gorgeous! Oooh! The nail colours especially!
Must. Have. Peridot.
