I absolutely love nude nail polishes – if I had my way, I’d wear nothing but nudes on my nails but I’d be a pretty uninteresting blogger if that’s all I ever had to show! The line-up here is indicative of a very strong trend for nudes and its a trend that is much more thoughtful about skin tones and depth, i.e. nude nails have got serious. I’m seeing strong nudes from Dior, Revlon and Max Factor as well although I still regularly beg Estee Lauder to bring back the Michael Kors nude shade that is THE one for me. I have a sad little bottle with about one more coating in it. I’m not sure why they can’t just nudge it into the line-up.. they must still have the formula.
So, the butterLONDON Starkers Collection is as follows from left to right: Tea & Toast, Crumpet and Shandy, all launching in March. Shove a matte top-coat over your favourite nude colour for an extra edge or put a wash of iridescence over it.

I am a nude kind of girl…. when it comes to nail polish!! It looks so effortless and sleek. This trio look great. I am a fan of Butter London. Will be popping in to my local HN to see if I can get my hands on them
I loveeeee nude shades too! Only because my nails are in such bad shape that the only colour that looks good on them is nude..
I picked up this gorgeous nude shade from no7 called so simple recently, boots have 3for2 on at the moment and have those £3 off makeup vouchers, AND I got a free gift set too!
Anyway the no7 nail polish is lasting me surprisingly well, no chips yet!
I’ve never been able to find a nude that suited my skin tone but with all the options available now I may give it another try. I might give Crumpet a try but now I’m curious about the Michael Kors shade. Let’s hope your wish comes true. 🙂
