Burberry Spring
Burberry Spring 2015

It’s nice to have the Burberry Spring 2015 colours in my hand; the brand is certainly perking up a bit in terms of colours and the spring colour selection is very fresh. What I like about these colours is that they’re not overly bright – we have all the brights in the world to choose from so it’s good to see some subdued shades that are still on trend for the season.

The shades, from the bottom to the top are Tea Rose, Aqua Green and Stone Blue (£22). These remind me a little bit of heritage paints such as Farrow & Ball for their architectural tones. They’re not at all short on pigment, either.. what you see is what you get on your brush (or fingertip, in my case!). You can use them wet or dry, but in my experience, wet is never quite as good. These will launch any day now on the Burberry site but they’re still all wintery over there today!

Generally, I’m not too keen on the Burberry Polish formulas – they seem to take forever to dry even with a quick dry top coat, but I really do love this colour! I think Bright Coral Red (£15) HERE is set to be a favourite, but through summer rather than spring.
