With all the big brands getting so much attention in the run up to Christmas, I thought it was time to focus on some smaller brands who definitely deserve their share of eyes-on-product. First up are the Victoria Green Makeup Bags – simple (reminds me of Scandi) designs that are just elegant and likeable. The bag above is a double sided makeup bag that holds a ton of makeup – it’s like a make up Tardis! And, it’s only £10 HERE. I have a feeling that this brand is going to do nothing but grow because it’s filling a gap for functional style in the vanity department. Vanity cases are £14 which at first I thought was a typo!
Next up, if you’re looking for cute stocking fillers, who doesn’t want kawaii pandas as their phone case? Definitely a question of getting your panda on! I’ve just been looking at new phone cases and they’re SO expensive! I’ve had a gold flamingo case for ages but it’s tatty now so the pandas are up next. These cases are £12 and you can choose from kawaii strawberries, cats, lemons, aliens – you name it, all done cute style. They’re HERE.
Mily isn’t a new brand but it’s one I have followed since its beginning. For those of us who are challenged in the eyelining department (that’s me!), these stick on liners are a godsend. And they really do work. The newest set is metallic with navy, green, bronze and pewter. Mily Eye Flashes are EU21 HERE and there’s a video on Mily’s site that shows you exactly how to put them on. They’re brilliant for cat eye looks that don’t smudge or go wobbly.
