Bright Cashmere from M&S

M & S Cashmere
M & S Cashmere

My eyes have been craving brights but my body is craving warmth so I’ve treated myself to this coral shade of cashmere at M&S so it ticks both boxes. On Twitter today, everyone was receiving ASOS orders so I’m not the only one starting on brighter colours – I bought a plain white (long) shirt to wear underneath and I wore them both with black waxed skinny jeans and black ankle boots. What I love about this sweater (I bought a size 12 and always recommend going up one size because cashmere is almost always on the skimpy side – and I prefer a loose fit) apart from the colour (they call it strawberry but it’s nothing like any strawberry I’ve ever seen) is the little pocket detail. It was definitely a treat to self at £99 but I wore it today and just felt like I was throwing off winter. It’s HERE if you’re at all tempted. The cashmere itself is perfect – soft, flexible and ultra-comfortable – unlike my beautiful grey Jigsaw cashmere which is bobbling already but I wish M&S would make their things look more exciting on-line – it’s a bit of a granny jumper in the picture but in reality it’s gorgeous.

  1. Love this! I have a few Uniqlo cashmere sweaters and they are so soft. There’s nothing else like it 🙂

  2. Cashmere is a bit out of my reach at this point but it looks so warm and comfy though. I’m all for brighter colors because they automatically put me in a better mood.

  3. Looks like such a gorgeous jumper and great colour!

  4. The cashmere jumper looks beautiful and I love the sound of a white shirt under it, perfect for bringing a little colour to these dull, well days!

I have a jumper just like this. I dress for comfort and the way it is so cold lately, I dont care whether I look a bit grannyish or not lol
