The Bravura Dermaflannel is a strange thing! I think there’s a bit of an up-sell in the claims which include helping with red spots, blackheads and hyperpigmentation, but nonetheless, it’s a very handy thing for your bathroom cabinet. Thanks to specially woven microfibres, it really does give your skin a good exfoliation – I was surprised at how effective it is when I tried it.
The claims that it makes your skin smooth are absolutely true – I was positively silky post flannel, and this makes it very good for those whose skin cannot tolerate chemical exfoliation. However, I’d suggest that you use with caution because while it doesn’t feel like it is doing anything much at the time, it is a very thorough thing that does quite a strong exfoliation so use gently at first to see how you feel about the effect. You can always do more later if you don’t feel you gave it enough welly. Absolutely don’t use it with an exfoliation product, enzyme or physical.
