Hitting shelves in August is the new gloss from Bourjois, Rose Exclusif. Although we’ve seen the shade-change concept before – using the heat of your lips to change the colour from a clear to varying degrees of pink – this is a very sweet gloss. The colour goes on as clear and on me, ended up a hot pink that is really very pretty for my skin tone. Thankfully, there is no discernable taste or smell making it easily wearable. It’s young in concept, but grown up in the finishing stage so it should appeal to just about everyone really.
Although the Bourjois release says that it will be different colour on each woman (it reacts to differing Ph levels), I’m not entirely convinced that it won’t go hot pink on everyone! The formula also contains Vitamin E and Vitamin C and will cost £6.99.
