I’ve pretty much sworn off glitter on my nails because getting it off is such a hassle, but these are soooo pretty that I broke my own rule. They contain tiny strands of multi-coloured glitter that catch the light at every turn.

I do, however, think they need a couple of layers of topcoat because unless you can get all the strands lying completely flat they can catch. There’s always a rogue sticky-up one I find!
The bottom swatch is of the newest colour-way – a gold and pink mix called Sun Scales. The blue is Blue Neon HERE and the pink is Aqua Purple HERE. Of the three I have, I like Sun Scales best, which is HERE.

I picked up two of these yesterday using the Boots 3 for 2 on Bourjois offer as I couldn’t decide between Blue Neon and Aqua Purple. You’re right I think you do need a top coat over the top as they are quite catchy but they are both very pretty x

I sometimes use ordinary glitter from a kids art collection on my nails – it’s brighter than the nail glitter – and I find that if I just hold a cotton wool ball soaked in remover on each nail for 30 seconds or so, it comes off easily. The trick is to soften it before you start rubbing it off.
