They say never do strong eyes and strong lips together, but when Bourjois puts it like this, that rule just disappears out of the window! The Bourjois Enchanting Nightbird collection is a metallic/matte mix up – so all the sheen and shimmer goes on the eyes.
There is literally only one working set of samples of the Color Edition 24H Eyeshadows – creamy slicks of metallic shimmer. New shades for the Bourjois Enchanting Nightbird collection are Marron Givre (brown) and Flocon d’Or (white gold).
I’ve swatched them here – ignore the gold tattoo! I don’t have a price yet for these eye colours.
Next up, still focussing on eyes, are Volume 1 Seconde Mascara with a massive brush, and the Mega Liner, this time blacker than ever. It’s such a deep, deep black that it’s like a magic marker for eyes.
Mega Liner Ultra Black has a shaped nib – I’m a little scared of it myself, but if your quick with a flick, the angled shaping is going to help. Bourjois 1 Seconde Ultra Black Mascara will cost £9.99 and the Mega Liner is £7.49.
Finally for the Bourjois Enchanting Nightbird collection, two 1 Seconde Vernis with gel effect finish. I’m obsessed with both these colours and I love a Bourjois fat brush too.. it’s literally one stroke of the brush and that’s the whole nail done. Shades are Grey To Meet You and Rouge In Style. Actually, there is a third shade, Glitterizer, that I think will be a GWP but I’ll do that one in a separate post when I have more details. The Bourjois Enchanting Nightbird collection is scheduled for a November launch.
