Joyeux anniversaire Bourjois!
If you’re a regular reader of this blog you’ll know that I’m such a fan of the brand – even at 150 years old it’s never got stale and the innovations just keep on coming.

I’ve just spotted these beautiful shades coming up from Bourjois in a French beauty magazine – so it may be that they are France only. They’re a limited edition selection of mini polishes and as you can see, they’ve each got a year on the front and these years are all linked to a specific Bourjois moment in history. 1890 Manon Lescaut, for example, in beige nude is inspired by their first compact powder. So, truly history at your fingertips.

oh wow! what a great idea. Hope I can get my hands on these 🙂
The mini polishes are already for sale in Switzerland and they are beautiful!! I have the 1950 (its a clasic red/pink shade) and 1980. I find the idea and the concept of these polishes really great!! Hope everybody will have the chance to try them!
wow! 150 years I had no idea they had been going that long! 🙂

I also spotted those in Spain. They look super pretty, and very practical for travel *invents more excuses for buying a couple*
I hope the company launches them here in the U.K. too. That red is gorgeous.
