So far, I have only heard amazing things about Bourjois 1 Seconde Mascara. I don’t use usual mascaras myself (lash extensions) so always try and follow how mascaras are doing across other blogs. Not sure anyone has said it out loud yet, but it’s apparently comparible to They’re Real in terms of volume.
There’s a waterproof and a non-waterproof version – both in black only, and their normal price is £9.99 but as they only launched yesterday, Boots have them on a special HERE for £6.99 which is an introductory price and exceptional value. Go!

What’s 1 second about this then? Time it takes to apply? Time to dry? What’s the gimmick I wonder…still yet to find a fantastic mascara – I don’t like “They’re real” too clumpy.
Ps whatever happened to your puppy farm stance you had on your top menu? Always thought that was a nice, non commercial touch.
It’s still lurking.. just not visible at the moment; but it will be back at some point. I’m still just as passionate about puppy farms being banned.
I don’t rate They’re Real at all – currently using No7 exceptional definition, but for volume and thickness, its Max Factor False Lash Effect – just as good as YSL fraction of the price.
I think Boots do really good mascaras.. thats what I use on my bottom lashes.

It looks promising ! I already have Chanel le Volume and They’re Real but I want to try this one too. Last summer I purchased 2 Bourjois coloured ones and both were very good. 🙂
Interesting that they are being compared to They’re Real, I liked the Benefit mascara so would be interesting to start seeing the comparisons to see if its true.
Off on holibobs and after far to many pasty pics of me last year I am taking a decent makeup kit. I have the 2true after hearing on watchdog and here how good it is – but I think I may just SPLASH out on this too….aaah, I crack myself up! 😉
