The Body Shop Spiced Apple
The Body Shop Spiced Apple

This is so Christmassy! Spiced Apple Bathing Foam (£10) really does sum up the season and even though it’s slightly on the sweet and foody side for me, there’s enough of a cinnamon spice element to it that it cuts through the sugar. Basically, if a biscuit smelled like this, I’d eat it! However, apart from getting the festive feels from this particularly by sticking little deer on it, The Body Shop is worth checking out for any last minute shopping because this year’s packaging on gift sets looks so premium and you still have 3 days to do any on-line ordering.

The Oils of Life Gift Set is £40 but has a value of £53 – facial skin care is one of the areas that The Body Shop has really upped its game – I have given several skin care items to friends to try and without exception, they’ve all commented (in a surprised way!) how good it is. The Revitalising Oil contains seed oils (black cumin, camellia and rosehip) so it leaves the complexion very supple (good for dry winter skin) and the Revitalising Day cream is light and whippy but non-greasy and absorbs quickly.

There is a code on the Body Shop website, but I couldn’t get it to work (I took a product to basket to check it out) so hope you have better luck HERE.

PS: Sorry for radio silence over the past few days – Virgin came to mend my phone and broke the internet! They’re coming back today but meanwhile I have very slow internet or no internet, depending on which way the wind is blowing ;-).
