This is my big news of the week.. The Body Shop Colour Crush Nails! Finally, finally, The Body Shop have added a nail range to their make-up offering and I have to say, they’re coming in big with 24 shades of fully vegan and obviously, not tested on animals. It’s a very comprehensive range to start with and at £5 each, I think they’re really going to prove very popular.
Right now, it’s 3 Free (no formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin or camphor) and dermatologically tested. They’ve got some very cute names as well – Rosy Cheeks, Meet Me At Dusk and Minty Amour. Someone had some fun at the Office Of Nail Polish Naming! I think it’s great that The Body Shop have added an affordable but trend led line (yes, there’s a forest green in there somewhere) with some really uplifting and happy colours.
This is the sneakiest of peeks at The Body Shop Colour Crush Nails – I’ll be doing some work with the range later down the line so will be able to give you lots more information then… meanwhile, what do you think?

This looks and sounds very promising. I like the Butter London range for their 3-free formulations but don’t particularly like the brush (bit too thin for good application). Hopefully, these will prove to be a good buy x

How can you consider ‘vegan’ and ‘not tested on animal’ claims when Body Shop is owned by L’Oreal? If you’re really buying products on these selling points why not go for a brand who doesn’t have sister companies that undermine it’s very foundations?
You mean going back into nail colour? This is not their first foray into nail colour.
Oh that’s good news, and they look really nice too. They had nail colours a few years ago, I remember a browny/red. This time around having gained a few years the nudes look really nice – think I’ll be popping into the shop soon ~thanks
I have a green in my range of nail polishes and although its not my cup of tea it is quite popular!
