[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] Bobbi Brown, as a brand, has been very consistent in supporting the Smart Works charity that supports women with both the clothing and the confidence they need to transform their lives. Bobbi Brown has raised over £1 million for Smart Works who have some uplifting stats showing how well 35,000 women have been supported in finding work. 69% of them find employment within one month of their Smart Works appointment which is impressive.
This year, Bobbi Brown has teamed up with fashion label Kitri who are known for their bright and bold colours (not for me the alpaca shorts but maybe for me the pink lobster jumper) and have designed a bright and bold bag to keep your Bobbi Brown Pretty Powerful products in.
The selection of products is lovely and noticeably suitable for all tones – I’m a big fan of the Bobbi Brown Crushed Oil Infused Gloss Shimmer – it’s a beautiful pop of lightfulness for the lips and very wearable (also what is crushed oil??). The shade is Bare Sparkle. The Pot Rouge in Pale Pink isn’t actually all that pale – it’s got a real zing to the colour so you might want to go sparingly at first to get the measure of it if you are using it on your cheeks.
The Long Wear Cream Shadow Stick is in Smoky Quartz – eye brightening and widening so it couldn’t be better. There’s a little 15ml Vitamin Enriched Face Base to prep your skin, too.
The star of the show is always the Pot Rouge – this year designed by NYC based female artist, Leta Sobierajski.
This is me wearing everything! I like it – it’s such a simple, me but better look. The set is £65 (worth £103) HERE with 100% of the RRP (less VAT) are donated to UK Charity Smart Works. A bit of admin now – if you want to donate high quality clothes to help fill the Smart Works wardrobes you can head HERE to find out how.
