[unpaid/sample/affiliate/ad] October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and whatever you might say about the Estee Lauder Companies, they have relentlessly and faithfully supported research foundations to help understand this cancer and how to get the better of it. In the UK, the full RRP (minus VAT) will go to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation. This duo has launched in advance of BCA Month and it’s good timing because they’re perfect end of summer colours.
The first shade is In The Buff which I didn’t think would be right for me being a bit too milky and neutral – but I was wrong! I really like it and somehow it looks a lot better on than it does in the tube. The other, Slow Jam, is more berry-ish. You can see what you think in the pictures below.

Although they’ve been around for years, I still think you can’t beat a Bobbi gloss. I’m still traumatized by the time I left my handbag on the back of a loo door at Heathrow and it was taken – I was less upset by the lovely Lulu Guinness loss than I was about the six Bobbi glosses I had in it! I still use a beautiful red shade called Red Hibiscus that was released a few years ago but no longer exists in their line up – inexplicably, now I think about it because every colour line up needs a wearable red.
