A little bit more Bobbi – this time from the Bobbi Brown Raw Sugar Collection. I’m hoping to get hands on a sample to swatch because I don’t think the promo shot above is doing it any justice at all. It’s the famous Shimmer Brick reincarnated into an Eye Palette (£35) in pearlescent shades and looks absolutely stellar to me as a wash of glimmer for summer. I know this is a variation on a theme, but the palette looks exciting to me – maybe it’s all the shimmer.
There are two polishes to accompany the Bobbi Brown Raw Sugar Collection; Raw Sugar and Golden Beige. Golden Beige is a shimmer shot nude – really pretty.
Golden Beige (£11) is a little deceiving in the bottle looking paler than it actually comes out – it’s minutely flecked with shimmer and quite yellow in tone so an interesting twist . You can also see in the picture above the new Limited Edition Tinted Lip Balms (£15) that give a wash of colour on the lips as well as a buttery coating that hydrates. The balms above are Pink Raspberry and Pink Popsicle although the latter runs to more of a peachy shade. Two others, Brown and Hazelnut will also launch along with two new bronzers – an illuminating one (no!) and a more matte formula. I’ll blog these when I can.
