They’ll also – crucially – provide clothes for interviews. As we know in the beauty industry, presentation counts for so much as well as boosting confidence. It seems a small thing but for many women, it’s changed everything. Last year, Smart Works dressed 1500 women for interview – more than half went on to be offered the job.
