Bobbi Brown Pretty Powerful

Is it really that time of year again? Some products I’m always happy to see time and time again, and the Bobbi Brown Pretty Powerful compact is one of those. This is its third year in a row – and if you ever needed an excuse to top up on Pot Rouge, it’s right here on a plate!

Bobbi Brown Pretty Powerful Pot Rouge donates the full RRP (minus VAT) to Smart Works, a charity that gives interview training to women who are out of work or on low incomes. They’ll also – crucially – provide clothes for interviews. If you are on the poverty line, chances are that despite skills and a desire to move up the ladder, outfits for interviews are going to be an unaffordable luxury. As we know in the beauty industry, presentation counts for so much as well as boosting confidence. It seems a small thing but for many women, it’s changed everything. Last year, Smart Works dressed 1500 women for interview – more than half went on to be offered the job.

The shade is a limited edition pink – perfect for a little pop of colour on lips or cheeks. Bobbi Brown Pretty Powerful Pot Rouge is £19 and it’s available today, HERE. (Good for Mother’s Day?)

  1. It definitely seems like a good cause, especially since the full RRP is being donated. It’s such a pretty product too!

  5. I think this is an amazing cause, but it is such a shame that a person should be judged on how good a worker they are based on what they wear! Surly we should be paid and hired for our potential and productivity rather than how we dress.
