What a tongue twister, BBB reporting on BB’s BB! Okay, so Bobbi Brown’s BB cream is heading to our shores (around May/June) time, but I’ll update on that. I’ve managed to get my hands on some lab samples because the actual product and correct packaging has not yet arrived in the UK, and can say that first impressions are excellent.

For a start, there’s an Extra Light shade which is perfect for those with very pale skins and something that has been overlooked with the ‘one-shade-fits-all’ BB’s we’ve seen recently. And, it has credibility as a BB with an SPF 35 and skin care elements. The coverage is good: it goes slightly to the dry side rather than a very fluid, sheer consistency and coverage which gives it a bit more staying power. It’s quite matte on the skin as well.

I don’t have any other details of price or stockists at the moment, but I’m really looking forward to this launching. Can you imagine if we collaborated? The BBBBBBB. Catchy, no?

Nice to see a company catering for us pale people! Usually the light options are still a tad too dark/orangey for me. The consistency looks pretty good too, similar to the original Asian BB creams – looking forward to seeing what these will be like 🙂

I’m so excited for this, I’m very optimistic that with the Bobbi Brown BB, there’ll be shades for darker skin unlike the other brands out there.
Matte finish, extra pale, high SPF. This is ticking all my boxes! It’s the first BB cream I’ve really been interested in. I always find myself coming back to Bobbi Brown’s bases (another tongue twister!) because I find them really excellent!

Extra Light would be a winner for me! I have very pale skin that’s hard to match with foundations and BB creams. I love that it has an SPF of 35 as well.

Love the look of this, Ive tried bb creams before which are basically like tinted moisturisers! x
Bit disappointed it dries to a matte finish more than dewy, I thought bobbi brown would produce my ideal bb especially as the thickness of the product looks perfect 🙁
