Look at this fine specimen that came all pretty with petals and lollipops in a jar. It’s a closer look at the new Benefit Lip & Cheek Stain and funnily enough, just as Pantone release Orchid as their ‘Colour of The Year’ for next year, Lollitint is an orchid shade with a touch of candy.

It’s the same formula as other Benefit Tints, such as Posie Tint and Cha Cha Tint (my favourite) and will hit UK shelves in February.

You can see from the swatch that it’s got an almost milky quality to it – and boy does it stain!

In the time it took me to add this extra swatch of Lollitint blended slightly, the concentrated swatch had well and truly stained – the surface product has been wiped off leaving a perfect blot of pink that is still on my arm now!
It’s launching for £24.50 (I think that’s rather expensive to be honest) but there’s no doubt a little goes a very long way and as you can see, it’s a stayer!

EEEE that is a stain and a half! I agree it’s a bit expensive..

Looks sweet, I would like to see it on your cheeks?
Love it. If you have poise tint it would be nice to see a comparison. Xx
Ooooh that is a cute colour! Not sure whether I could pull it off though 😮 xx

I have posie tint and Cha Cha tint and love them both, I really want to try this!
Gorgeous colour, although I’m not sure it would show up/suit darker skin
I love that this is the colour of the year, as it’s my wedding colour – yippee! That having been said, I think this would be a little to much for my pale pale skin. I have been trying tints, and think I will be looking into aquiring the Benefit cha cha tint. What a great name to!
Oooh, this looks so pretty! And I love the idea of the jar: it would be a really good way to make presents look even more special xx

Fantastic colour but I just don’t think I could pull it off! Imagine if you didn’t blend it properly as your racing out the door? You’d look like a painted doll – eek!
