Benefit Bling Brow

Benefit Bling Brow

Hmm.. I am slightly side-eyeing this Benefit Bling Brow kit – it’s pretty much just a pretty tin with crystals in it. And the Swarovski crystals are for your eyebrows. This is a catwalk look that’s transferred to the high street and while I love body adornments, I’m so not sure about sticking crystals to your eyebrows. Maybe it could look really edgy – Benefit suggests three dotted along the lower arch – that sounds pretty cool.

I know I’ve got a sample on the way so I’ll be able to show you close up what the crystals look like – hope they’re tiny – and how easy it is to create a look with it.

I do think – even though it’s a very pretty tin – it’s quite expensive at £19.50 – that’s a lot of crystals you can buy yourself (you could probably stuff a cushion with that amount’s worth of crystals!) but Benefit Bling Brow is also part of the Benefit Brow Service – you can have them applied in store from £4 (one brow) which means if you want bling for a one-off look, it’s not such an investment.

The set is limited edition and it launches (along with the Bling Brow services) from 1st November.

  1. It sounds nice for a special occasion, but I’d rather go to the Benefit Brow Service.

Hmmm, not buying into it at all! I know you get the tweezers (although you probably want to use an old pair of tweezers for this anyway as you can end up with lash glue on them) and the box as well but I just buy a craft pack like this http://www.hobbycraft.co.uk/hobbycraft-self-adhesive-mini-gems-clear-210-pack/589660-1000 and use some eyelash glue. Much cheaper! I’ve done them before just under and along a cat eye flick or just by the inner tear duct. If you fancy inspiration for all out body embellishment… https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=kanariya&client=firefox-a&hs=4J3&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&channel=sb&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=zwNIVOG9DavW7QaGnoGYBQ&ved=0CAkQ_AUoAg&biw=1366&bih=634

  3. £20 is a lot of money for this! Not my cup of tea but I’m sure some people will love it!
