It’s a little bit of a mixed review on the bareMinerals Chandelight Glow set – it was yesterday’s QVC TSV but I missed it. Luckily there are still some left that I’ve just found on the QVC site. There are 7 products; Original SPF15 Foundation, Chandelight Glow Illuminator, Loose Blush, Loose Eye Colour, Lasting Line Long Wearing Eyeliner, Lash Domination Mascara and Marvellous Moxie Buttercream Lipgloss.
I’ll say up front that I absolutely hate loose powders of any sort – so the key products for me are the glow illuminator, the mascara (which is awesome), the gloss (again, brilliant) in Sassy Sorbet and the eyeliner in Forever Brandy.
See? All together, they look beautiful; I’d wear any – all – of these shades in a heartbeat, even the loose eye colour in Nightfall, a kind of glowy brown shade. And, to my surprise, I didn’t end up with loads of dusty fall out anywhere. BUT…
.. the Original SPF Foundation and the Loose Blush (Sweet Romance). How do you get into them? I pulled and pulled at the tab and then just thought, life is too short to take a knife and stab your make up open.
Elizabeth Arden Hyaluronic Acid Ceramide Capsules
I’d be prepared to put money down to bet that you won’t have experienced a skin care texture like this before...
If you’re a bareMinerals fan, then the price of £57 is pretty much a bargain, given that the foundation on its own is £23 and the mascara is £14. There is a good selection of colours as well.. mine is just an example. You can find it HERE.
