Rumoured to be making it’s way onto QVCuk later on this year, Borba is skincare line that specialises in looking after skin from the inside as well as the outside via fruity concotions to drink (aka Neutraceuticals). As I’m a beauty-drink sceptic I’d be fascinated to know whether or not it works. Their skincare (Cosmeceuticals) looks altogether more interesting however, as they’re really at the forefront of new and different ingredients. The Guanabana fruit, native to the Carribbean, is used for skin firming, Acai for skin regenerating and Pomegranate to tackle oily skin and they’re all vitamin packed. However, shooting off at a commercial tangent is their HD-Illuminating range and best selling HD Illuminating Plasma Crystals resurfacing treatment ‘uses high definition plasma technology and prismatic micro-diamonds’ to help skin look ‘optimally’ light reflective. Huh?
