Bad Apple Cosmetics

I’m pretty impressed so far with the Bad Apple nail polishes that I’ve been sent. The colours are based on 1970’s cars which I think is very interesting (if you Google 1970’s TVR, you’ll see the connection). The polishes are Formaldehyde, Toluene, DBP and Paraben free.

As well as straight, pigment rich colours, there are a selection of duo chromes that are pretty stunning. My bottles didn’t come with names, but I am pretty sure that I’m wearing Arlet (brown/pink) and Arkansas (purple/green).

Application is great – beautiful and smooth, but it does need three coats so make sure you have plenty of time. My swatches are topped with Seche Vite to make them extra shiny.

Polishes are £9.95 each HERE

Look very nice!! Those duo tones usually need 2-3 coats so no prob with that. (try Lumos Top Coat!)

  5. Oooooh, I am definitely in love with these! Stunning!

  6. The bottles are colours remind me of Stargazer polishes, which you can pick up from ebay for about 99p – so the price tag on these is a bit baffling. I know it’s what’s inside the bottle that counts…but…still…
