And it transpires that Max Factor are launching a new mascara in November called Lash Extension Effect Mascara. Containing real nylon lash extension fibres, it might be the thing to offer an alternative to the real thing. On the other hand, it might not. I’m having a sample sent and will try it on my bottom lashes that don’t have extensions to see what the effect really is. Watch this space….without blinking.

Now this looks promising to me – it looks like the kind of mascara brush I like – thin and well defined, so it won’t gloop on my eyelid.
The wand looks amazing..
I’d be interested to see how you get on with this mascara as I usually love most Max Factor mascaras but find fibre mascaras really irritating. I’m in South Korea where they’re really popular and although I’ve found a couple of good ones, the majority feel like I’ve got little needles around me eyes when I’m wearing them!
Very nice post about lashes care, thanks for sharing
Loving this blog! Cover Girl also does a nice one if you are ever state-side – Lash Blast which is totally fab.
Be interested to see how you get on with this, I find fibre-d mascaras irritating on my semi-permanent contact lenses.
